Brenda Reeves
Brenda, a former special education teacher/resource specialist, claims the title "Jane-of-all-Trades" and has been accused of being a free spirit and a dreamer. Her formal education includes a B.A. in English/creative writing and an M.A. in special education/learning disabilities.
An incurable animal lover, she volunteers for the Kentucky Humane Society by fostering cats and dogs. That's in addition to caring for her own four dogs and two cats. Brenda also writes on the topics of gardening, art and DIY for Demand Studios. Brenda wants to do it all, and so far she's taught herself to knit, crochet, lay ceramic tile and laminate flooring, change a toilet, and fix just about anything else around the house.
She's also an avid gardener and studied horticulture at UCLA. You'll find Brenda working in her yard from the beginning of spring to the end of fall. She has studied art extensively and has a passion for painting portraits in oil. She's in the process of teaching herself to paint with colored pencils. You can find Brenda at her blog where she rambles about life. "Connect with"
